Will my product look identical to the one on the website?

Because we source natural materials and because our products are partly or fully handmade, we can’t assure that products will look 100%  alike. Slight occasional variations can be possible within the colors.

However, you can be assured that we have high standards of production, that we check our products out of production, and double check them before sending them to you.

What happens if there is a defect on my product?

We always double check our products before delivering them to you. Unfortunately a quality problem can sometimes happen.

If this is the case, please accept our apologies and get in touch with us so we can arrange repair, exchange or refund. Monsieur London will of course cover delivery costs.

Which credit cards and forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payments on our website. Should you wish not to pay by credit card, contact us to find an alternative method.

Is my payment safe?

We use a universally recognized partner gateway system to process payments and to ensure that your payment is secure.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order with us, you will receive a first e-mail to confirm it. We will send you another e-mail to inform you that your product has been sent, along with an estimated time of arrival. Of course you are more than welcome to contact us at any time via e-mail at hello@monsieurlondon.com

What if the product I ordered is no longer in stock?

If the product is no longer in stock, you should not be able to place an order. At that point you can contact us, to let us know you are interested in one of our product and we will advise you of the length of the delay.

If you have placed an order and we are not able to honor it, we will get in touch with you to advise you of the length of the delay, at what point you can tell us if you desire to wait for it, exchange it or get a refund.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge VAT on our products. Should you be a company or place the order from outside of Europe, you can contact us at hello@monsieurlondon.com and we will respond to your enquiry.

How do I purchase an item?

First go to the page displaying the product you are interested in, add it to your chart to continue browsing or go straight away to proceed with placing the order by clicking on check out. Once on the check out page, you will have to enter an indication of the address of delivery as to calculate the shipping cost. At this stage, you will need to select your mode of payment and enter your credit card details on your secure web payment page. You will be asked for an address of delivery and an address of billing if you wish to be billed at a separate address.

Once you have place the order, it will be confirmed to you by e-mail and should be followed within the next 3 days with another e-mail advising you that your order has be sent, providing an estimated time of delivery .

What is your privacy policy?

All the information you provide to Monsieur London including your email address, delivery address, telephone numbers and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. Monsieur London acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party that is not involved in processing your order (transport third party for example). As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via Royal mail Recorded Signed For™ for the UK or via Royal mail International Signed For™ outside the UK.

Shipping comes at a cost. Whereas some companies act like its free and increase the price of their goods to cover it, we prefer to be transparent.

What if i want to cancel, change or return my order ?

Should you wish to return your order, please advise us by e-mail of the number of your order and the reasons why you wish to return it. We will accept the return of the goods for up to 15 days from the delivery of the goods, As long as the goods are returned in their original condition.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay and arrange safe delivery of the goods to us.

Once received, exchange or refund will be arranged by Monsieur London.
